How to get started with Fleethouse
Register with your company details and get to know the software during the 30-day trial period.
You can use Fleethouse immediately and book all the modules you want.
If you have booked the fleet management module, start with the data upload. This can be done conveniently via a VIN query. Alternatively, you can also import the data via an Excel list.
The support area in the application is available to answer any questions you may have about using Fleethouse. Alternatively, you can also contact us via the inquiry form or chat.

FAQs - Frequently asked questions from our customers about Fleethouse
Registration and the commercial leasing and car subscription modules are generally free of charge for you. The fleet management module is subject to a charge.
Fleethouse currently offers two modules: The Fleet Management module for managing vehicles and the Auto Abo module, which allows you to subscribe to suitable company vehicles. Further modules will be released gradually. These include the commercial leasing module for leasing company vehicles and the UVV driver instruction module for the flexible training of employees via e-learning courses.
Various roles can be created for users in Fleethouse. Several users can work simultaneously, taking into account the assigned roles. It is also possible to restrict authorizations for certain data views.
The support area within the application provides you with useful information about using Fleethouse. If you are not yet a Fleethouse user, you can contact us via the request form or chat.
Fleethouse works in compliance with data protection regulations. All servers are ISO 27001 certified. Your data is stored securely on trustworthy servers.
