Frequently asked questions from our customers about the car subscription
Thanks to the short terms, you are particularly flexible on the road with a car subscription. This also allows you to test alternative drive types before you purchase them for your fleet. In addition, the monthly subscription rate already covers all costs relating to the vehicle – with the exception of refueling and charging costs – and the subscription provider also takes care of the bureaucratic work.
The subscription includes insurance (third party, fully comprehensive and partially comprehensive insurance) as well as vehicle taxes and GEZ fees for the duration of the subscription. We also take care of registration for you and provide you with a mobility guarantee in the event of accidents and breakdowns. The costs for maintenance, inspections (including MOT) and tire changes are also covered in the monthly rate.
FINN carries out a credit check for the successful conclusion of a car subscription. In addition, a countersigned rental agreement for the business premises must be submitted. The driver’s license will not be checked.
Your employees must
- be in possession of a valid identity document
- be between 18 and 75 years old (drivers under 23 years old can book vehicles with a driving performance up to and including 150 kW or 204 hp)
- have a valid driving license in the EU that does not expire during the subscription period
- have held a category B (old category 3) driving license for at least two years without interruption
All your employees who meet the requirements can drive the vehicles.
During your order, you select the day on which your car is to be delivered. Our partner company will bring the vehicle to the desired address between 4 and 6 p.m. on the day of delivery. Together they will fill out a handover protocol and you will receive a brief introduction to your car.
After handing over the vehicle, you will receive the number of the claims hotline by e-mail, which is available around the clock. It is best to save them directly in your cell phone. Please always inform the police in the event of an accident or claim. Important: Report any damage before returning the vehicle so that the invoice can be reduced to the excess.
One month before the end of your contract, you will receive an e-mail with a link that you can use to select your return option. You can choose between two options:
Option 1: You return the vehicle free of charge to one of our Autokontor Bayern partner locations – in 61137 Schöneck, 89290 Buch or 06780 Zörbig. A mobile appraisal with an independent appraiser will then take place at the location of your choice.
Option 2: You opt for a chargeable collection for €199. First, the mobile appraisal takes place with an independent appraiser at your home – then a driver collects the vehicle.
With a follow-up subscription, the vehicle exchange at your front door is free of charge.
If you have opted for a car subscription from Fleethouse and FINN with a fixed term, this ends automatically. In the case of a Flex term, you can cancel the subscription in writing by e-mail 30 days before the end of the minimum term.
